卷烟致肺动脉高压小鼠肺组织中Notch3表达升高
作者(年代):孔春初,张福秀,戴爱国*,胡瑞成,傅岱燕,王丽乐采用吸烟法建立小鼠肺动脉高压模型。C68B7J小鼠随机分为对照组和模型组,每组10只。对照组不做任何治疗。模型组大鼠每天2次,2小时,10次/小时,6天/周,连续6个月。用BIOPAC Systems (MP150)测量小鼠右心室压(RVSP)。肺小动脉胶原纤维染色(Van-Gieson法),用Image Pro Plus软件分析。测量肺小动脉中间层厚度及肺小动脉直径,并计算肺小动脉厚度。Western Blot法检测肺组织中Notch3蛋白的表达。结果表明:1;与对照组比较,模型组大鼠右心室压明显升高,肺小动脉变粗,管腔变窄,右心室重量比明显升高; 2. Compared with the control group, the expression of Notch3 protein in the lung tissue of the model group increased significantly.
