Teenagers aerobics players-based evaluation system analysis and physical abilities features research
Author(s):Yu WangThe paper researches on teenage woman aerobics athlete physical qualities, functions, body shapes, tests on random selected 15 athletes, and establish physical fitness indicators, by applying biomechanics, mathematical statistics, principal component analysis, and questionnaire aswell as other analysesmethods, it establishes relations among indicators and defines weights, applies percentage method to set teenagers comprehensive physical fitness evaluation criterion, finally it gets every athlete evaluation system that provides theoretical support for teenagers improving aerobics.
