Method C is based on the reaction of amisulpride with Folin-Ciocalteau (FC) reagent in alkaline condition to form stable blue coloured chromogen with absorption maximum at 736 nm and Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 10-50 μg/mL. The results are compared with those obtained using UV spectrophotometric method in 0.1N HCl at 226.5 nm
