龙葵总粗提物对Wistar白化大鼠的免疫调节作用

免疫系统是人体的防御机制,目前世界范围内的许多疾病都在加剧或抑制免疫系统。本研究探讨了金针叶总粗提物对白化病大鼠的免疫调节作用。采用4组,每组6只体重在80 ~ 150g之间的健康雄性成年动物。第一组大鼠ig生理盐水1mL。II组、III组和IV组每日分别给予总粗提物1mL,剂量为125mg/Kg bwt、250mg/Kg bwt和500mg/Kg bwt,连续14 d。第15天,穿刺大鼠眶后静脉采集全血。测定红细胞、免疫血细胞计数、血凝素滴度、甲状旁腺激素。将提取物的剂量从125毫克/公斤体重增加到500毫克/公斤体重,导致平均白细胞计数减少。与对照组相比,500mg/Kg体重的减少具有统计学意义(pïÃ, Â, 0.05英镑)。在所有剂量下,平均RBC计数均高于对照组,但无统计学意义(pïÃ, Â,³0.05)。 Themean%lymphocyteswere higher for all the doses than the control group but with no statistical difference between the 2 groups (p0.05) though however, there was a dose-dependent reduction in the mean%lymphocytes. The DHT were higher than for the control group and was statistically significant (p0.05) at a dose of 500mg/Kg bwt after 12 hours and 125mg/Kg bwt after 24 hours. The results show that the total crude leaf extracts of S. anguivi contained compounds with immunomodulatory activity.
